Meeting your reruitment needs

Academies are designed to help meet employers’ immediate and future recruitment needs.  There are no direct costs to employers as this government designed programme is fully funded.  

SWAPs enhance traditional recruitment and support applicants by providing: A greater understanding of the occupational area, Insight into the character of the employer, relevant training and skills.  Between one and six weeks, SWAPs provide an intensive injection of training.
